Hi Mark & Kathy,

I spoke with Kathy Peppers from Quarles & Brady. Leo and I are going to stay at the airport in Boston this Thursday evening.  We will catch an early flight on Friday to Tampa.   We are planning on going to the condo for a walk through, stopping by and ordering a mattress and then we are going to drive to Naples to sign the papers.  That way everything will be completed as of this Friday.  

Leo and I want to thank you and Mark again for all the hard work you have put into this for us.   I am so grateful that you  sent us pictures of all the different stages.  We both agree that you folks worked harder for us than any realtor back home ever has.  We really appreciate it.   Hope we can connect with you  while we are there.
