Vacation Rental Description This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on hole number 2
of Tara Golf & Country Club less than one mile from I-75 with easy
access to some of the most popular areas of the west coast of
Florida. Located 20-30 minutes from Siesta Key and Sarasota, St.
Armands Circle and the Ringling Museum it is fully furnished and
ready to move in, ideal for your vacation and a place to call home.
Some of the beaches within a 15-20 minute drive are the most popular
white sand beaches in Florida, including Bradenton Beach, Longboat
Key, Cocina and Holmes Beach.
If you like shopping, fishing, golf and dining you'll be centrally
located to all of these activities or if you would rather play golf,
Tennis or just relax by the pool it is just outside your door.
The one-time fee of $100 transfers the Tara CC membership to you and
gives you all the rights and privledges of Tara CC. This will allow
you to play golf while paying cart fees only.
Vacation Rental Amenities This unit includes a master bedroom with a king size bed, walk in
closet and full size bath. The bedroom also has a TV and a walkout
to the lanai which has a view of hole number two. The living area
opens up to the lanai for comfortable relaxation when you would
rather be outside. The second bedroom has two twin beds and is
adjacent to the second full bath. The kitchen has an eating nook
and also overlooks the living/dining area which will seat six
comfortably. There is a full size washer and dryer for your
convenience along with free local phone service, cable TV and water.
Electric utilities are furnished up to $75.
