The Terraces at Tara

The Terraces at Tara comprise 4, three story buildings with panoramic views of the Tara Golf Course. The community offers a private pool, tennis court and either class A or B memberships to the Country Club. Please contact  Kathy for differences between the equity memberships.

The Villas at Tara

The Villas at Tara is a smaller community and all units are improved with 2 car garages. The community offers their own private pool. The units are single story, attached villas with 4 units per building. Several units offer views of the golf course and pond.

The Verandas 

The Verandas are 2 story condominiums with all units offering views of the golf course, screened balconies/porches and detached 1 car garages.

Twelve Oaks Villas 

Twelve Oaks is a very popular section in Tara and offers 2 car garages and a community swimming pool. Many of the units offer views of the golf course from the rear lanais

 Melrose Gardens

Clubhouse Veranda

The Clubhouse Verandas are condominiums comprising 1st and 2nd floor units. All units have panoramic views of the 9th Fairway.  The units offer 1 car garages, screen enclosed balconys/patios, depending on floor location. Call for latest sales information.

The Village

The Village units are similar to The Clubhouse Verandas. All units have breathtaking views of the 10th Fairway

       Fairway Gardens

Fairway Gardens condominiums offer 2 bedroom, 2 bath units and is located along the northern perimeter of Tara.  Many of the units offer views of the 2nd, 3rd  and 4th fairways of the Tara course. This Tara community is comprised of 4 units located in each building with the two corners units offering first floor living. The two interior units are slightly larger in size with an additional office/den. All units offer 1 car attached garages. These units are so popular that several sections in the Preserve offer similar style units. 

Greenfield Plantation

Greenfield Plantation were the first quad condominiums built in Tara and are very similar in design to Fairway Gardens. However, as demand for slightly larger units increased, the newer units were expanded by the builder/developer. Please contact Mark or Kathy for square footage differences.
