All condos in the Tara Preserve were built by the developer of Tara(Tara/Manatee Inc). Prices as of July 2005 range from $270,000.00 to $305,000.00, depending on views and up-grades.

Cypress Strand

At build-out, Cypress Strand will have 184 units with two-bedrooms and 2 baths. Larger, 2nd floor units have two-bedrooms and 2 baths plus a den ranging in size from 1,349 to 1,402 square feet of living area. During construction, every residence was equipped with a full GE appliance package. Other standard features are tiled entry, kitchen and baths and raised panel cabinetry. Neighborhood amenities include a private pool, clubhouse and tennis courts. These units offer 1 car garages and tile roofs. This is a well designed community within the Preserve and offers affordable living in a golf course development.

Orchid Cove

Due to the popularity of this style condominium, Orchid Cove is patterned after Cypress Strand and Cedar Hollow.  There are only 48 units within Orchid Cove and only a few units remain.  Call for pricing and availability.

Grand Oak

Grand Oak is comprised of approximately 88 units. All units are  2 bedroom condominiums with detached 1 car garages and views of the Preserve fairways and/or ponds. Living area square footage varies depending on the floor plan.   These are 1st or 2nd floor units and are slightly larger than those at the Strand or Cedar Hollow.  Amenities include a community swimming pool. Palm Grove 

Palm Grove Condominiums at The Tara Preserve. There is a total of 13 buildings with 4 units in each, two downstair units and 2 upstair units, for a total of 52 in the development. The units are slightly larger than those at Cedar Hollow, Cypress Strand, Magnolia Crossing and Orchid Cove, but similar in design.  Priced from the $270(s).
